This vessel-like brooch is inspired by forms I have observed in nature and surrealist symbolism. A fine strand of gold snakes around the edge of the brooch creating a sumptuous silhouette, while a sunshine hued sapphire nestles amongst intricate elements of 18ct gold within.

Similar to Victorian Curiosity cabinets, the jewellery in this collection act as imagined landscapes - home to my own curated collections of fantasy specimens which are crafted from silver, gold and unusual or rare gemstones.
